Job summary

Mohegan Sun is seeking a VIP Experience Executive to drive loyalty and revenue through high-volume outbound engagement with VIP players. You will manage retention and reactivation, delivering personalized promotions and premium experiences while upholding fiscal discipline.

In this hybrid role, you will coordinate exclusive events, upsell site features, and collaborate with internal departments to optimize player value. A strong background in iGaming and VIP service is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 1 year of iGaming VIP experience.
• 2 years of operations/customer service management in iGaming or 3 years guest contact in high-volume casino/hospitality.
• Knowledge of casino games, sports betting and online gaming.
• Strong negotiator and detail-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Zendesk experience preferred.
• Self-starter in fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive VIP retention and revenue by building strong relationships with VIPs.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outbound targets via phone, email, and SMS.
• Deliver tailored promotions and loyalty rewards to VIPs.
• Upsell promotions, new games, and site features during interactions.
• Oversee discretionary bonuses and player investments within approved limits.
• Provide account information to senior team members to drive value growth.
• Contribute to VIP team success by growing retention, revenue, reinvestment, deposits, and active VIPs.
• Coordinate exclusive events and hospitality to deliver premium experiences.
• Represent Mohegan in VIP acquisition events, promotions, and offers.
