FXAIR is seeking a Client Experience Advisor to join our high-tech operations team in NYC. You will be the focal point for VIP customers and key suppliers, coordinating seamless private jet trips from booking through post-flight follow-up.

You will work with sales and operations, confirm pre-flight details, manage flight itineraries, and resolve issues to ensure every trip goes smoothly. Strong communication and advanced computer skills are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company as the main contact for customers and suppliers to organize seamless trips.
• Communicate with clients from booking to trip completion.
• Confirm pre-flight details with operators and adjust itineraries as needed.
• Offer and manage additional customer services.
• Complete, review and confirm pre-flight documentation.
• Utilize aviation software and systems for flight coordination.
• Track flights and resolve post-flight feedback or issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve efficiency.
