Qualifications

• Fine dining service experience required.
• Two years high-volume upscale dining and nightlife experience.
• Knowledge of MICROS POS system and restaurant operations.
• Ability to upsell and anticipate guest needs with friendly attitude.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work across multiple venues.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful manner.
• Maintain table service standards and perform table maintenance per high-end dining expectations.
• Recognize and privilege Live Nation VIPs, executives, and Foundation Room Members.
• Upsell dishes and beverages and provide expert recommendations.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of culinary terms and upscale cuisine.
• Handle cash and operate POS with accuracy and professionalism.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and safety; address intoxicated guests appropriately.
