Qualifications

• Fine dining service experience required.
• Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent.
• 2 years high-volume experience in fine dining and nightlife operations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule; multi-venue work capability.

Responsibilities

• Perform table maintenance duties per service standards.
• Recognize and attend to Foundation Room Members, Live Nation Executives and VIPs.
• Upsell and offer wine and food recommendations to guests.
• Guide guests through dining experience with expert recommendations.
• Understand and execute bottle service standards flawlessly.
• Maintain exemplary grooming and professional appearance.
• Cash handling and POS operation.
• Strong knowledge of beverages.
