You will also recognize VIP members, handle wine service with confidence and upsell thoughtfully to enhance the guest experience. Exceptional grooming and multitasking are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Fine dining service experience required.
• Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently with a friendly attitude.
• Strong knowledge of beverage service and wine service.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages with knowledge, friendliness and attentiveness.
• Maintain table service standards in line with venue protocols.
• Recognize and acknowledge Foundation Room Members, executives and VIPs.
