Qualifications

• Knowledge of wine, cocktails and food pairings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages in a nightclub environment with a cheerful attitude.
• Recognize Foundation Room Members and VIPs to ensure premium service.
• Master steps of service for upscale dining and bottle service.
• Upsell menu items and beverages; answer guest questions and make recommendations.
• Handle cash and POS transactions; maintain safety and sanitation standards.
