Job summary

ALTOUR is seeking an Entertainment Agent to support high-volume travel for clients in film, TV and music. You will handle air and hotel arrangements, respond quickly to client inquiries, and review reservations for accuracy to ensure exceptional service.

Requirements include 2+ years in entertainment travel, knowledge of GDS systems (SABRE preferred), and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail for demanding clients.

Qualifications

• Experience handling film, TV and/or music travel.
• 2+ years of experience in travel handling domestic and international travel.
• Proficiency in GDS systems (SABRE preferred).

Responsibilities

• Complete travel arrangements for clients, including air and hotel reservations.
• Respond to client inquiries with urgency.
• Independently review reservations for accuracy and quality, proactively correct errors.
• Maintain ownership of each client record until departure.
• Provide on-call after-hours services as required by account.
• Ensure clients are aware of all travel documents and health requirements.
• Maintain awareness of airline rules, tariffs, and fare requirements.
