Job summary

Punt is building the future of entertainment through social casino and prediction markets. This role owns the system supporting our highest-value players, including segmentation, journeys, offer logic, and measurement, with a focus on scalable, one-to-one experiences.

You will lead VIP lifecycle strategies, automation, and budget-aligned offer management, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver premium CRM while protecting growth and retention metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, VIP marketing, retention, or marketing automation.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM/marketing automation platforms.
• Proven track record of personalized lifecycle programs for high-value segments.
• Experience working with data, analytics, product, and engineering teams on segmentation and measurement.
• Experience using CRM to improve retention and lifetime value.

Responsibilities

• Own a dedicated High-Value lifecycle strategy and separate journey logic.
• Build lifecycle programs for activation, engagement, monetization, loyalty, and retention.
• Create personalized communication journeys with high-value players.
• Develop event-triggered High-Value communications around key lifecycle moments.
• Manage High-Value bonus and offer strategy with appropriate budget allocation.
• Collaborate with VIP account management, product, data, and CX teams.
• Monitor campaign performance and iterate to improve personalization and timing.
