Qualifications

YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

As the VIP Coordinator, you will be at the heart of Celine's VIP and influencer strategy, working with high-profile individuals and contributing to impactful press and marketing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to manage VIP relationships, coordinate exclusive events, and drive brand awareness through strategic influencer partnerships.

Job Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate and manage all incoming VIP requests, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to amplify VIP activities, maximizing brand exposure.
• Stay ahead of the curve by tracking global events and award ceremonies, identifying key opportunities for Celine.
• Research, identify, and propose influential celebrities to align with Celine's brand vision.
• Support and coordinate local events, creating memorable experiences for VIP guests and influencers.
• Manage VIP seeding programs, ensuring impactful product placement.
• Ensure VIP activities and dressing reflect Celine's brand guidelines and values.
• Monitor VIP activity, tracking brand mentions, engagement, and overall sentiment to measure campaign effectiveness.

Relationship Development:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stylist teams and assistants representing both Celine Men's and Women's collections.
• Proactively identify and research emerging talent who embody Celine's brand values and resonate with our target audience.
• Develop and execute strategic outreach initiatives to build relationships with prospective VIPs

Administrative & Reporting:

• Maintain meticulous and current databases of VIP contacts.
• Generate regular reports on VIP activity, highlighting key successes and campaign performance.
• Contribute to budget planning for VIP and event initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the team as needed

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations or Communications or equivalent experience

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Public Relations and/or VIP communication in luxury fashion
• Sample trafficking experience required
• A passionate team player with a strong understanding of the luxury fashion landscape and competitor activities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stylists and influencers.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs

The compensation for this position ranges from $60,000 – 75,000 annually. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
