The historic St. Anthony Hotel in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests and deliver exceptional service. You will manage check-in/out, assist with reservations, and provide information on local attractions in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Can communicate well with guests.
• Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests immediately with a friendly and genuine welcome.
• Input and retrieve guest information during check-in/out and explain hotel services.
• Assist guests with requests, provide information on local attractions and hours of operation.
• Handle payments, process cash and credit transactions, and balance the house bank.
• Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and deliver mail/packages as requested.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering and Food & Beverage to ensure guest satisfaction.
