VIP Collector Growth & Reactivation Lead

Job summary

Drip is building a high-impact sales function focused on a book of VIP collectors. You will own relationships with top spenders, reactivate lapsed customers, and hunt for new high-value collectors to grow the book and drive revenue.

You will co-build tiering, cadence, and perk structures, while partnering with the Head of Retention & Whale Acquisition to scale the program and hire subsequent hosts. This is a lead role from day one.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quota-carrying, relationship-driven sales or account roles with high-value individual clients.
• A self-built book with growth, retention, and win-back data.
• Proven reactivation experience bringing back lapsed clients.
• Strong hunting track record sourcing high-value clients.
• Comfort with high-spend individuals and confident communication.
• Follow-up discipline without needing a manager.
• Able to read spend reports and identify next calls.
• Willingness to be first in a new function and work nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Carry a revenue target for top collectors and hit it.
• Source net-new collectors via events, outreach, and referrals.
• Run win-back campaigns for lapsed VIPs.
• Grow spend within the existing book by understanding collector needs.
• Manage a credit and perk budget with accountability.
• Own relationships in CRM; proactive outreach between streams.
