Job summary

Golden Nugget Las Vegas is seeking a 24KT Club Ambassador to provide personalized service to slot customers, enroll new members, and support tournaments and special events. The role emphasizes professionalism, brand standards, and positive guest interactions across casino floor activities.

You will greet guests, manage registrations, and promote the 24KT Club while coordinating events and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in special events or marketing in a hospitality/casino environment.
• Good communication, computer skills, typing, 10 key.
• Good telephone skills.
• Excellent public relations skills.
• Minimum age requirement is 21.
• Minimum two years experience in casino or slot marketing, preferred.
• Must possess basic mathematical skills to include ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide specific to position responsibilities.
• Ability to read and understand all policies and procedures.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, employees, and members of management in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
• Must be able to complete standard forms and reports.

Responsibilities

• Greets and enrolls new 24KT Club members; takes reservations for rooms, events, meals, etc.
• Provides exceptional guest service with strong interpersonal skills.
• Receives, counts and redeems tickets and issues scripts as needed.
• Handles inquiries and complaints from customers.
• Establishes rapport with new customers; maintains booth in order.
• Promotes and signs up new members on the casino floor.
• Handles tournament events: money handling, registrations, and results coordination.
• Greet guests at check-in/check-out, airport or events; assist with tournaments and promotions.
• Maintain positive relationships with tournament and event customers; act as goodwill ambassador for Golden Nugget.
• Reconciles RSVP and Registration lists; perform other duties as requested.
