Job summary

Levy Restaurants is seeking a Premium Clubs Bartender for Desert Diamond Arena to deliver VIP beverage service in the premium club. You will craft high-quality cocktails, mocktails and spirit-forward drinks, using advanced bartending techniques and premium tools.

You will maintain extensive knowledge of spirits and trends, ensure premium presentation, manage bar stock, and provide attentive hospitality to club members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hospitality and personalized service to club members, VIP guests, suite holders and premium clientele.
• Prepare cocktails, mocktails and spirit-forwarded beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Utilize premium bartending techniques including shaking, stirring, garnishing and presentation.
• Maintain knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail trends to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure beverages meet premium club standards for taste and presentation.
