Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Bartender to maintain beverage control, pour accurately, and keep the bar area clean and organized while delivering exceptional service to members and guests. You will uphold the club's standards and engage with members using the 3-steps of service to enhance their experience.

Reporting to Food & Beverage leadership, you will work at the bar, prepare the setup, troubleshoot orders, and participate in daily tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification in alcohol and food safety awareness preferred.
• Prior experience in Food & Beverage service is required.
• Excellent communication and following instructions with accuracy.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of service as outlined in F&B training.
• Assist with service of food and beverages to members and guests at the bar.
• Know members' names and provide a warm, personalized experience.
• Accurately execute orders and requests in a timely manner.
• Resolve member and guest issues professionally and with recovery where needed.
• Maintain bar setup, cleanliness, and restock supplies for service.
