Qualifications

• Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Maintains stock, garnishes, and keeps bar area clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Sets up assigned bars; stocks beer, wine, spirits, glassware, ice, and condiments.
• Takes and processes drink orders; prepares and presents drinks per recipe; portion control.
• Checks IDs to verify age; detects and addresses intoxication as trained.
• Handles cash, makes change, records charges, and ensures vouchers are accurate.
• Locks up and stores beverage products and cash; performs general cleaning tasks.
