Qualifications

• Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations while serving beverages.
• Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner and maintains guest service standards.
• Receives cash and processes charges, ensures proper voucher handling and daily settlements.

Responsibilities

• Sets up bar stations and stocks beer, wine, spirits, glassware, and bar supplies.
• Prepares and presents beverages using standard recipes and portion controls.
• Ensures ID checks and responsible service of alcohol; handles cash and transactions.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the bar area and displays.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisors.
