Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking a Server to deliver exceptional, personalized service in our Food & Beverage operations. You will present menus, take orders, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining a professional appearance and friendly demeanor.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of guest service experience, a High School diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Certification and licensing requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years of guest service experience in dining or casino environment preferred.
• Casino Food & Beverage experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Must be able to obtain Food Handlers or Bassett certification and Illinois Gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide superior guest service at all times.
• Present menus, suggest courses and drinks, and take orders.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and clear tables as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and teamwork across departments.
• Adhere to sanitation and safety standards.
