Job summary

FanDuel is seeking a Commercial Analyst to support the Commercial team in optimizing the Casino VIP proposition and guiding VIP strategy across group and Casino initiatives. The role focuses on deriving business insights, monitoring performance, and spotting VIP trends to inform decision-making.

The successful candidate will work with analytics, VIP, ops, product, and marketing teams to produce actionable insights, build dashboards, and assess ROI for initiatives, ensuring revenues are driven

Qualifications

1 year of analytics experience required.
Bachelor's Degree in a highly numerate field (Math/Stats/Econ) or equivalent.
Proficiency in SQL and Excel; Python or R desirable.
Proficiency with Tableau and creating PowerPoint decks.
Proficiency with AI tools and integrating outputs into workflows.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; translating data into actionable insights.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
Interest in Online Casino, Fantasy Sports and/or Sports Betting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Establish success measures and create/modify visualizations for KPIs.
Translate analysis into actionable insights and strategic opportunities for VIP initiatives.
Help evaluate ROI of ideas and build business cases for investments.
Collaborate with commercial, analytics, VIP, ops, product, and marketing to drive revenue cross-functionally.
Collaborate with RG team to align VIP strategy with RG principles.
Engage with Sportsbook VIP team for group-level VIP insights.
Monitor performance, drivers, and trends; report to leadership.
