A leading live events company is seeking a highly motivated Brand Ambassador - VIP Host to join their Experience Operations team in Las Vegas, NV. In this role, you will represent the brand, enhance fan engagement, and support various activations. A passion for music, excellent communication skills, and prior customer service experience are essential. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and tolerate loud environments is also required. Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $22.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Able to balance multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain artist knowledge to engage and inform fans.
• Guide fans through onsite activations and provide clear instructions.
• Troubleshoot any activation issues or technical glitches.
