Job summary

Live Nation Foundation Room in Houston seeks a part-time Cocktail Server with experience in upscale dining and nightlife. You will deliver impeccable service to Foundation Room Members and VIP guests, focusing on bottle service and wine knowledge while upselling beverages and menu items.

Qualified candidates have a TABC certification, at least 2 years in upscale settings, and a flexible schedule. Excellent grooming and the ability to manage multiple tables are required.

Qualifications

TABC Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent is required.
Minimum of 2 years experience serving in an upscale dining/nightlife venue.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Flexible schedule and ability to work late hours.
Dress and Appearance Guidelines must be adhered to.
Bottle service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide recognition to Foundation Room Members, executives, and VIPs with impeccable service.
Demonstrate expert bottle and wine service skills.
Upsell beverages and menu items to guests.
Guide guests through dining experience using recommendations and expertise.
Communicate drink orders to bar via POS system and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain clean tables and service areas; lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
