Qualifications

• Three years of bartending experience in upscale dining and nightlife.
• Ability to upsell and suggest food and drink.
• Articulate vocabulary and social skills for diverse guests.
• Exemplary grooming standards.
• Flexible schedule and late hours.
• Cash handling experience.
• Strong knowledge of beverages.
• Pass pour test and mixology drill.
• Deal with intoxicated guests safely.
• Interpersonal communication and teamwork.
• Tolerance of diverse cultures, music and art forms.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Foundation Room members, VIPs, and Live Nation executives with a cheerful, professional demeanor.

• Interact with guests to cultivate regular patrons and repeat business.
• Record equipment failures and safety hazards; assist with opening/closing duties.
