Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of VIP bottle presentations across Wynn Nightlife venues.
• Deliver tier-based experiences aligned with spend levels.
• Coordinate real-time execution including music, lighting, and staff choreography.
• Ensure seamless service flow and VIP-first service standards.
• Build and implement a presentation playbook across venues.
• Create and manage tiered presentation packages based on spend.
• Train and manage presentation teams including servers, hosts, and support staff.
• Develop training programs focused on timing, precision, and guest interaction.
• Conduct pre-shift alignments to ensure team readiness.
• Hold teams accountable to presentation standards and performance.
