Busch Gardens Williamsburg is seeking a Part-Time Tour Guide to lead Behind-the-Scenes and VIP tours, staff the Guest Service Center, and upsell tours, dining, and quick-queue products. You will ensure guests have a memorable, family-friendly park experience and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.

Flexibility in scheduling, strong public-speaking skills, and a professional demeanor are required to succeed in this fast-paced environment at Busch Gardens Williamsburg.

Qualifications

• Availability to work early mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be comfortable speaking in front of large groups.
• Professional and family-friendly representation of the brand.
• Willing to assist with other Park Operations roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead Behind-the-Scenes and VIP tours.
• Staff Guest Service Center and Tours & Education Center to upsell experiences.
• Provide exceptional service and ensure guests are satisfied with the tour and park experience.
• Follow up with tour guests, complete surveys, and make PhotoKeys for guests.
