Job summary

Zynga, a global leader in interactive entertainment, is seeking a Data Analytics professional in Austin to help the Player Success Organization harness data to boost engagement and optimize campaigns.

You will analyze large datasets, develop clear narratives with dashboards, collaborate with game analysts and product managers, and support the Player Support team to improve satisfaction while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL proficiency with experience in Python for data analysis.
• Experience using data visualization tools, preferably Tableau.
• Background in CRM or sales analytics is helpful.
• 2+ years of data analytics or data science experience.
• BS in quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large data sets to identify opportunities to improve the player experience.
• Create narratives from data with dashboards and visuals.
• Support Player Support to improve customer satisfaction and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with game analysts and product managers to quantify impact.
• Provide ad hoc analysis for campaigns and partnerships.
