Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of carpet/tile/interior installation preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required company and regulatory training.

Responsibilities

• Install carpet, flooring, tile and related materials per approved specs and procedures.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and material specifications.
• Prepare surfaces, measure, cut, fit, and secure materials for installation.
• Verify finished installations meet design specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain required documentation and sign-offs per RSQM and regulatory requirements.
