Job summary

COMLUX AMERICA in Indianapolis is seeking a Program Manager to lead VIP aircraft completion projects. The role is responsible for managing and coordinating teams to ensure successful project outcomes, maintaining budgets, and meeting client expectations throughout the process.

Ideal candidates will possess a degree in engineering or aviation management, along with extensive experience in project management within the aviation sector. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project planning and program management, preferably in aviation.
• 5+ years of experience in an STC environment supporting aircraft completions or modifications.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead program planning and project control activities for aircraft completion projects.
• Ensure program adherence to cost, schedule, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet program objectives.
