Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise production personnel and QA technicians to meet production schedules.
• Maintain preventive maintenance programs and train staff.
• Review production schedules and manage raw material inventories.
• Lead Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programs.
• Ensure safety programs and regular safety meetings.
• Coordinate with HR and Training on staffing and certifications.
