Paradies Lagardère is hiring for roles in our airport retail and dining environment. Join our award-winning concepts and help travelers have a welcoming, efficient experience across flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take drink and food orders.
• Provide menu information and upsell opportunities.
• Handle all point-of-sale transactions quickly and accurately.
• Maintain wine knowledge and pricing guidelines.
• Ensure a clean, organized work environment.
• Support other bar areas as needed (seating, phones, stock, cleanup).
• Respond to guest concerns professionally.
• Maintain current adult beverage certification and responsible service.

• Build guest loyalty and enhance selling skills through the use of training materials
• Work together with fellow employees and management to ensure all guests have the best experience possible
• Maintain a clean organized work environment
• Support other areas of the bar as requested, such as seating customers, answering telephones, stock work, cleanup, and documentation.
• Respond appropriately to guest concerns
• Maintain current adult beverage certification. Ensure responsible service of alcohol.
