Job summary

Paradies Lagardère in California is seeking passionate team members for our retail and dining concepts at the airport to join our award-winning services. Part-time and full-time opportunities offer a rewarding environment and growth within our diverse teams.

Greet guests, take orders, share menu knowledge, and drive sales while maintaining a clean, welcoming space. Maintain current beverage certifications and ensure responsible service of alcohol in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or retail preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and provide menu information.
• Engage guests professionally and drive sales.
• Maintain wine knowledge including flavor profiles and talking points.
• Process POS transactions quickly and accurately.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and assist other stations as needed.
• Respond to guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol and current beverage certifications.

• Build guest loyalty and enhance selling skills through the use of training materials
• Work together with fellow employees and management to ensure all guests have the best experience possible
• Maintain a clean organized work environment
• Support other areas of the bar as requested, such as seating customers, answering telephones, stock work, cleanup, and documentation.
• Respond appropriately to guest concerns
• Maintain current adult beverage certification. Ensure responsible service of alcohol.
