Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is an award-winning airport concessionaire seeking passionate team members for Vino Volo and related concepts in Palm Springs to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced airport environment.

Join us to greet guests, take orders, explain wine selections, and process payments at the POS while helping maintain a welcoming, clean space and providing outstanding service to travelers.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience with customer focus.
• Ability to upsell beverages and items.
• Strong communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain wine knowledge, including flavor profiles and current list.
• Process all point of sale transactions efficiently.
• Build guest loyalty and enhance selling skills through training materials.
• Work with colleagues and management to ensure an excellent guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Assist in other areas (seating, answering phones, stock, cleanup, documentation).
• Respond to guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain current adult beverage certification and ensure responsible service of alcohol.
