Job summary

Olds Products Company in Pleasant Prairie, WI is seeking a dependable Process Operator to support vinegar production. You will operate production equipment, transfer liquids, monitor quality, document production, and uphold food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will work Sunday–Tuesday and every other Wednesday from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM, join a team focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement, and contribute to reliable, efficient manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing, food production, or liquid processing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely operate production equipment and forklifts (or willingness to learn).
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working outdoors as required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Follow production schedules and prepare equipment and materials for vinegar production.
• Operate tanks, pumps, hoses, and other processing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
• Receive, transfer, and load/unload liquid raw materials and bulk shipments.
• Complete production records and required documentation.
• Inspect equipment and report any mechanical issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Clean and sanitize tanks, equipment, and production tools as needed.
• Follow all food safety, quality, and company safety procedures.
