Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a production lead for the Holland Plant's vinegar department. You will supervise day/night vinegar operations, manage a 2.2 million gallon inventory, and coordinate acetator processes to meet production plans while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires hands-on management, coordination with maintenance and production teams, and adherence to GMP and safety guidelines. The plant supports a union environment and long-standing operations.

Qualifikationen

• On-the-job training to obtain Lock Out Tag Out certification.
• On-the-job training to obtain Forklift certification.
• Must read, write, and perform basic math.

Aufgaben

• Review production operations efficiency for acetators schedule including alcohol levels, acidity, cycle times, temperatures, and air volumes.
• Ensure acetators discharge the correct gallon volumes.
• Review BPCs numbers for annual forecasting to decide acetator production mix (Malt, White, Cider).
• Oversee 2,200,000-gal inventory and create pumping orders to accommodate discharges.
• Direct vinegar activities for day/night shifts and post daily job assignments.
• Check raw and in-process material to maintain supply for acetators, cider mill, malt beer fermentation, and alcohol production.
• Monitor bottling production usage to identify yield losses and ensure adequate supply.
• Oversee maintenance needs within the department and guide maintenance crew.
• Assist in controlling costs by ordering UF filters or repairing them and monitoring flow and turbidity.
