Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Holland operates the vinegar department and is seeking an on-site supervisor for the first shift. You will oversee daily production, scheduling, and coordination of the acetators to meet volume and quality goals.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, leading maintenance and safety efforts, training staff, and ensuring efficient, compliant operations with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must pass on-the-job training and maintain qualification.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily vinegar department operations and 1st shift activities.
• Review production efficiency and acetator scheduling for proper alcohol and acidity levels.
• Manage 2,200,000-gallon inventory and plan pumping orders to ensure adequate capacity.
• Direct day/night vinegar operations and assign daily tasks to staff.
• Ensure safety, PPE usage, and GMP compliance across the department.
