The Society of St. Vincent de Paul North Texas is seeking a Director of Vincentian Services and Council Programs to provide strategic leadership for Vincentian Services and Council programs.

You will guide Conferences, Vincentians, and volunteers, ensuring high-quality support, engagement, and mission alignment across operations. The role reports to the CEO and leads teams including Vincentian Services, St.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive nonprofit leadership experience.
• Experience leading multiple teams, programs, or departments.
• Experience collaborating with volunteers, membership organizations, or faith-based groups preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage staff, budgets, and strategic initiatives.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and change-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of Vincentian Services team.
• Ensure Conferences and Vincentian members receive exceptional support and resources.
• Develop strategies to strengthen Conference vitality and member engagement.
• Oversee Council programs alignment with mission and goals.
• Monitor program performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and promote collaboration across departments.
