Job summary

Society of St. Vincent de Paul North Texas seeks a Director of Vincentian Services and Council Programs to lead strategic and operational efforts across Vincentian Services and Council programs.

You will champion Conference vitality, member engagement, and volunteer support while guiding program execution to maximize impact. Reporting to the CEO, you will supervise multiple teams, develop budgets, align initiatives with mission, and collaborate with District Presidents, Conferences, and partners

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible leadership experience in nonprofit, human services, or related fields.
• Minimum three (3) years leading multiple teams, programs, or departments.
• Minimum two (2) years in the Society of St. Vincent de Paul preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing staff, budgets, strategic initiatives, and organizational change.
• Experience with volunteers, membership organizations, or community service programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Vincentian Services team in alignment with the Society's mission.
• Oversee Conferences and Vincentian members to ensure exceptional support and resources.
• Develop strategies to strengthen Conference vitality, member engagement, recruitment, retention, and leadership development.
• Serve as liaison between Council leadership and Conferences to ensure communication and collaboration.
• Monitor Vincentian Services initiatives and recommend improvements.
• Oversee Council programs (St. Vincent Center, StudyTime, Financial Services) for alignment with goals.
