Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to support the ABS S2P Operations team on the Vendor Invoice Management transformation, leading design sessions and documenting current-state workflows.

The role requires 5-7+ years in invoice management/AP, strong process-mapping skills, and hands-on SAP Ariba/OpenText experience, with preference for international finance regulations knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in invoice management / AP operations.
• Process documentation experience, including process flow (As-Is / To-Be) mapping and workflow documentation.
• SDLC phases and process knowledge and experience with implementations;
• Hands‑on knowledge of SAP Ariba and OpenText tools, plus experience supporting large system integrations; knowledge of international finance regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate a series of As-Is / To-Be design sessions covering Vendor Invoice Management and Accounts Payable processes.
• Document current-state workflows and identify processes to be revamped.
• Provide input into the S2P 3-year plan based on opportunities and capabilities uncovered.
• Support the ABS S2P Operations team on the VIM/O DC Replacement initiative.
