Job summary

Campus Living Villages in Houston, TX is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage, plan, schedule and execute work orders and preventive maintenance across the community.

You will oversee maintenance tasks for offices, resident rooms, laundry, pool, gym and clubhouse, coordinate with leasing and general management, implement preventive programs and supervise external contractors, while maintaining safety and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience maintaining a large-scale multi-family property.
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience.
• Experience in drywall repair, swimming pool maintenance, and phone systems.
• HVAC and CPO Certifications required.
• Completion of workshops in air conditioning repair, plumbing, electrical and heating systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, plan, schedule and execute work orders and preventive maintenance programs.
• Complete work orders and other maintenance tasks as needed.
• Oversee maintenance for offices, resident rooms, laundry, pool, gym and recreation spaces.
• Coordinate with Leasing Director and General Manager on move-out/move-in schedules and make-ready units.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance program; supervise outside contractors and vendors.
• Maintain key control policies and inventory; compile maintenance reports; participate in on-call rotations.
