Qualifications

• 2–4 years of maintenance experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience with HVAC, pool maintenance, plumbing and electrical systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, complete, track, and document outcomes of work orders.
• Perform basic maintenance of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Provide preventive maintenance and care for facility equipment.
• Maintain large equipment (boilers, pumps, pools, HVAC).
• Replace worn parts to maintain equipment functionality.
• Prepare apartments for occupancy per make-ready protocols.
• Perform custodial tasks and assist with moving furniture and supplies.
• Assist coordinating or supervising work by outside vendors.
