Job summary

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, part of MGM Resorts International, seeks a Spa Concierge to greet guests, manage check-in, and deliver luxury service in a fast-paced spa and salon environment. You will play a key role in setting a welcoming tone and ensuring a seamless guest journey.

The ideal candidate has guest service experience and may have cash handling experience; spa, salon, or luxury retail sales background is preferred.

• Experience in guest service is preferred.
• Cash handling experience is desired.
• Experience in spa, salon or luxury retail sales is preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide services including assisting guests with Spa and/or Salon appointments, check guests in and out, and deliver consistent customer service to spa and salon clients.
• Create exceptional customer service, answer questions, maintain a polished environment, manage cash bank daily, and know spa/salon software.
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products.

As a Spa Concierge at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, you’ll be the first point of connection in a journey of relaxation and luxury. THE STARTING RATE:

$15.00, plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Provide services including but not limited to, assisting all guests with Spa and/or Salon appointments, check guests in and out of facility, provide sincere, enthusiastic, quality, and consistent customer service to the spa and salon clients
• Create exceptional customer service and assist guests with questions, ensure professional and courteous behavior to all guests and employees, manage cash bank daily, retain knowledge of spa/salon software system
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
