Job summary

Hawks Cay Resort in Marathon, FL seeks a Program Manager to oversee villa and condo operations, ensuring top-tier readiness, presentation, and guest experience. You will partner with Sales, Reservations, Rooms, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to maximize villa performance and owner satisfaction.

You will lead program oversight for PMs, inspections, and villa billables, coordinate owner communications, and facilitate quarterly owner meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.
• CAM license preferred.
• Experience in resort or villa property management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day villa and condo operations within the resort program.
• Lead cross-department collaboration to maximize performance and owner satisfaction.
• Support villa rental sales strategies, inventory management, and occupancy initiatives.
• Monitor villa readiness, maintenance, and guest experience.
• Manage owner relations and quarterly owner meetings.
• Ensure accurate billing, reporting, and confidentiality.
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership.
