Job summary

Hawks Cay Resort in Marathon, FL is seeking a diligent Villa Inspector for the Rental Management Program. You will conduct routine villa inspections, document conditions, and ensure quality before guest arrivals and after departures.

You will log findings, coordinate with contractors, and raise work orders to resolve deficiencies, while maintaining professional standards and clear communication with villa coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of villas in the Rental Management Program, including owner arrival inspections and villa departure inspections.
• Log inspections with notes and pictures in the work order system.
• Place and track work orders for deficiencies and assign to departments.
• Inspect villas after contractor work to verify completion.
• Inspect villas after Preventative Maintenance visits for punch list items.
• Communicate with villa coordinators to report items needing attention.

• Conduct routine inspections of villas in the Rental Management Program, including owner arrival inspections and villa departure inspections.
• Follows scheduling of inspections through management programs.
• Complete an inspection for each villa on a regular basis noting condition of individual items as well as overall condition of the villa.
• Inspect villas after scheduled contractor work to ensure work has been completed.
• Upon the completion of Preventative Maintenance visits by engineering, inspect the Villa for any punch list items and quality of work.
• Routinely inspect villas upon guest departure for any deficiencies or damages.
• Inspect villas prior to Owner arrivals for quality assurance purposes.
• Utilize work order system to log all inspections with notes and pictures.
• Place work orders for deficiencies and assign them to respective departments to resolve.
• Communicate with villa coordinators to report items needing attention to owners.

Must have attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills. Utilize software systems and management tools. Proficiency in company approved spread sheets and word processing is also required. Additional requirements include excellent written and oral communication skills and excellent organization skills.
