The Lodge at Schroon Lake, operated by Olympia Companies, seeks energetic Bussers to join the Work & Travel USA team for the Summer to Fall season, by New York's beautiful Schroon Lake. As a Busser, you keep the dining room running smoothly and help guests, while sharpening your English and hospitality skills.

The Lodge at Schroon Lake, operated by Olympia Companies, is looking for energetic Bussers to join their Work & Travel USA team for the Summer to Fall season.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Busser, you are the heartbeat of the dining room. You'll keep the restaurant running smoothly and guests smiling, all while sharpening your English and hospitality skills.

• Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables quickly and efficiently between guests
• Supporting servers with drink refills, bread service, and delivering food to tables
• Setting up the dining room before service – polishing glassware, folding napkins, arranging place settings
• Restocking service stations with plates, silverware, glassware, and linens
• Keeping the dining area, host stand, and service areas spotless and welcoming
• Communicating with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
• Assisting with special events, weddings, and banquets hosted at the Lodge
