Job summary

The Lodge at Schroon Lake, operated by Olympia Companies, seeks energetic Bussers to join the Work & Travel USA team for the Summer to Fall season, by New York's beautiful Schroon Lake. As a Busser, you keep the dining room running smoothly and help guests, while sharpening your English and hospitality skills.

Pay is $15.50 per hour with tips included, 35 hours per week, and employer‑sponsored housing options.

Qualifications

• University students aged 18–25 with a valid J-1 Work & Travel USA visa.
• Conversational English – enough to communicate with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables between guests.
• Supporting servers with refills, bread service, and delivering food to tables.
• Setting up dining room before service and restocking stations.
• Ensuring dining areas are spotless and welcoming.
• Communicating with kitchen and front-of-house teams for smooth service.
• Assisting with events, weddings, and banquets.
