Jobot is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist who speaks Vietnamese to join our Fountain Valley clinic, on-site. You will greet patients, collect payments, schedule visits, and manage records with a focus on compassionate service.

The role requires handling multiple administrative tasks, data entry in the EHR, and coordinating with care teams. This entry-level to mid-level position offers a stable full-time schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Previous oncology/hematology experience (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Review and triage the schedule.
• Collect and enter patient demographic information in the EHR/practice management system when changed.
• Process new patient packets.
• Verify patient insurance, address, phone, and emergency contact daily.
• Review the co-pay sheet and collect payments.
• Warmly greet patients, check them in, and room them.
