CAREER OPPORTUNITY

Are you a videographer/editor looking to sharpen your skills in a fast-paced, high-growth creative environment? Reflex Media is seeking a Videographer/Editor Assistant to support our lead videographer in filming and editing high-quality digital content. In this role, you’ll assist with post-production editing, asset management, and content adaptation for various digital platforms. You’ll have the opportunity to work on high-visibility projects that support our luxury lifestyle brand, Seeking.com, while learning directly from seasoned creative professionals.

This role is ideal for someone with strong editing instincts, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to adapt content for social and digital channels. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within a creative team, this is your chance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the lead videographer with filming and editing short-form and long-form video content for digital campaigns, paid ads, and social media.
  • Prepare and organize raw footage, audio, and graphic assets for post-production workflows.
  • Using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, you can add basic motion graphics, text overlays, and transitions to video content.
  • Export and format content for platform-specific requirements (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, website).
  • Source and integrate stock video or music assets into existing content when needed.
  • Maintain organized file systems and manage digital asset backups via Frame.io, Google Drive, and server storage.
  • Help create versioned content for A/B testing and campaign variations (15s, 30s, 60s, etc.).
  • Stay current on video editing trends, transitions, and social content formats.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and social teams to ensure timely delivery of edited content.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in video editing or digital content production, preferably in marketing, media, or lifestyle industries.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, with working knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics, text overlays, and dynamic transitions.
  • Experience operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras, setting up lighting/audio, and filming on location or in studio environments.
  • Experience editing short-form and long-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and websites.
  • Solid understanding of platform-specific video formatting, aspect ratios, and export settings for organic and paid media.
  • Ability to source and incorporate stock footage, music, and graphic elements to enhance existing video projects.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management tools, such as Frame.io, Google Drive, or similar systems.
  • Awareness of current video trends, transitions, and creative best practices across social platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage and deliver multiple edits on time.
  • Comfortable working independently under direction and collaborating closely with creative and marketing teams.
  • Bonus if experienced in luxury, lifestyle, or fashion content creation or working within a fast-paced, high-growth creative environment.
