Overview:

Job Description

Considered Capital is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant & Social Media scheduler to help maintain the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

You are a generalist interested in building up your skills in many different areas. You get excited about processes and systems and everything having a place of its own.

Responsibilities

Admin & Research Support:

  • General admin and coordination support across different projects
  • Assist with data entry and maintenance for the Live Funding Database
  • Assist with the logistics of our Alternative Funding School cohorts and events
  • Provide support for virtual and in-person events
  • Attending meetings, taking detailed notes and ensuring detailed followups.

Content & Social Media:

  • Write and edit transcripts for blog content
  • Schedule 3-5 social posts a week with support from our Creative Director
  • Share 3 Instagram/TikTok stories per week
  • Upload event footage/Zoom recordings to YouTube
  • Help track engagement across platforms

Internal Operations:

  • Help tidy up and improve how we run things behind the scenes

Role Requirements
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Airtable, Softr, Canva, Slack, ClickUp, WordPress, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Buffer (training can be provided)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer
  • Experience utilising AI tools to automate administrative and social media tasks
  • Ability to create and implement AI-powered workflows for improved efficiency
