This on-site role requires loading equipment, rigging, cabling, and ensuring image quality, alignment and resolution. You will collaborate with project managers, AV teams and clients, perform routine equipment maintenance, manage inventory between events, and maintain a safe, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience with video wall systems: installation, configuration, signal routing, and troubleshooting.
• General AV knowledge: switchers, scalers, projectors, displays, cabling, and basic networking for AV.
• Ability to read diagrams, floor plans, and run sheets; strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, operate, and break down LED and LCD video walls for events of varying sizes.
• Load and unload equipment; assemble and rig video wall structures; connect signal and power cabling.
• Ensure image quality, alignment, and resolution; troubleshoot technical issues; collaborate with project managers and clients.
• Assist with routine equipment maintenance and inventory checks; prep gear in the warehouse between events.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to safety protocols.
