Role Description The Video Wall Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, VA. This position is responsible for the setup, configuration, operation, and breakdown of LED and LCD video walls and related display systems for events of varying sizes and complexity. Day-to-day tasks include loading and unloading equipment, assembling and rigging video wall structures, connecting signal and power cabling, and ensuring proper image quality, alignment, and resolution. The role involves collaborating closely with project managers, audio and lighting technicians, and clients to execute show requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. The technician will also assist with routine equipment maintenance, inventory checks, and preparation of gear in the warehouse between events.
