Job summary

BGX Technologies is seeking an AV Technician to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge audio-visual technology, including LED walls and live production hardware. Our AV Systems Integration team manages large-scale installations across dynamic mixed-use developments, such as Reston Station and Loudoun Station.

We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated tech to support day-to-day operations and contribute to the success of the company.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or have a degree in AV technology or related field.
• Hands-on Ethernet cable termination and wiring XLR, RCA, HDMI, SDI cables.
• Proficient in live event production and basic diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Assist installation, configuration, and maintenance of AV systems (LED walls, projectors, signage, sound).
• Support day-to-day AV operations with the systems integration team.
• Help with equipment testing and troubleshooting under supervision.
• Participate in system upgrades and hardware replacements.
• Assist during live events with setup, operation, and monitoring of AV equipment.
