Job summary

7 17 Credit Union is seeking a Personal Experience Representative to deliver friendly, video-based service to members across branches from a centralized location. You will guide members through PTMs, process transactions, and help them navigate financial products with care.

The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, communicates clearly, and learns new technology, maintaining accuracy in fast-paced interactions.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least six months of customer or member service experience in the last three years.
Experience in a Credit Union, bank, or financial services environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional member service through PTM video technology from a centralized location.
Process member transactions using PTM teller software and account information.
Educate members on PTM usage and promote benefits to create a positive experience.
Handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, transfers, and account maintenance.
Resolve member questions and issues using video technology.
Identify member needs and suggest appropriate Credit Union products and solutions.
Build strong member relationships and help inform financial decisions.
Maintain knowledge of 7 17 Credit Union products and services.
Balance virtual transactions daily.
Follow Credit Union policies, security requirements, and guidelines.
Maintain orderly workstation and protect confidentiality.
